The Utah GOP has released Understanding the Caucus System to help educate Utahns on how to participate in Utah’s political system.

“The Caucus is a meeting where neighbors meet together once every two years to elect few of their fellow neighbors to represent their neighborhood in choosing Republican candidates. These meetings take place in schools, homes, churches, and community centers all across Utah on caucus night in March 2012.”
