WIMMER CHALLENGES MATHESON TO APOLOGIZE FOR STIMULUS VOTE

 Three-year anniversary of the failed stimulus proves Jim Matheson doesn’t make sense for Utah.

Salt Lake City, Utah - U.S. House of Representatives candidate Carl Wimmer (R, CD4 UT) has tapped former state director for Senator Mike Lee (R- UT) as his campaign chairman. Hauser joins the campaign after serving under Lee for his first year in office. Prior to that, Hauser served as deputy campaign manager and finance director and was regarded as one of the chief architects for Lee’s successful senatorial bid.  

Carl appeared on Fox 13's Good Day Utah to talk about his congressional race, successful fundraising, and the entrance of Jim Matheson into the U.S. 4th Congressional District race.

I had a wonderful time on ABC 4/CW-30 this morning. We discussed the Rick Perry commercial. My point of view? Families are hurting, people are worried about their financial future, and they are worried about the kind nation we are going to leave our children. The focus must be on turning the economy around, passing a Balanced Budget Amendment, and promoting a business and job friendly environment.

Carl sat down to talk about the campaign, his campaign platform and the amazing support that he has received.  He also talks about the difficulties of the economy on the middle-class and how these difficulties relate to himself as a middle-class American.
